Sweated and onion, 2 cloves garlic, a few finely diced mushrooms and a good handful of finely diced green capsicum, turned up the heat and browned off about 400grams of fat free mince,then the difficult part, poured in a jar of Paul Newmans Spaghetti Sauce. Simmered while spaghetti cooked, and served. Not a stick of garlic bread or a salad leaf to be seen, didn't even go downstairs to pick fresh herbs.
