Sort of Chinese, very sort of,
Fried rice, left over steamed rice from last night with bacon, peas, egg, soy sauce and spring onion,
Stir Fried vegies, a bit of everything, garlic, zucchini, red capsicum, broccoli, beans and onion, sweet chilli sauce and soy added at the end.
And of course the Chicken half breast, wok browned and then a splash of Ginger Juice, a few drops of Sesame Oil, Honey and a little minced chilli, from jars or bottles no less. Seemed a bit bizarre to plate it but Friday night is shortcut night and 2 plates against 2 bowls and all the serving bowls and spoons, not much of a competition huh?
