Pork & Balsamic Jus with Mash and steamed Vegies


Tuesdays dinner left a bit to be desired, the carrots were overly strong in flavour, getting a bit old perhaps, and the pork was cut so thin as to be almost non existent, had taken these from the freezer, must have had a different dish in mind when I bought them. Lots of pain in right shoulder because of the strained muscle, so not too functional in the kitchen, downright crabby in fact and it showed in the dinner.

Off to the cottage for a day of gossip and needlecraft so dinner tonight will be the old favourite of penne with wilted spinach/rocket and prosciutto.
